| DELIVERY | ||
| If your board is in stock, orders are usually despatched to arrive with customers in the UK within five working days but in the event that your board or fabric is out of stock, please allow 28 days for delivery. | ||
| POST & PACKAGING | ||
| £5 parcels weighing up to 2kg: small, square or medium square memo board or key board. | ||
| £7.50 parcels weighing up to 4kg: medium memo board, two key boards, large memo board and Help for Heroes memo board. | ||
| Please contact me in respect of postage costs for bespoke memo boards, multiple boards or overseas and non-mainland UK addresses. | ||
| RETURNS & EXCHANGES | ||
| If for any reason you are not happy with your board, please return the board within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All we ask is that the board is returned unused, in its original packaging with original tags attached and in a saleable condition. | ||
| Post and packaging costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty and bespoke boards are non-returnable. For all returns, we recommend that you obtain a stamped certificate of posting and retain it as proof of posting as regrettably we cannot be responsible for items that fail to reach us.
